Discover hydroponics (水耕菜) and urban farming through an afternoon of hands-on workshop!
Event highlights:
- Learn about sustainable hydroponics technology in a short seminar and visit a smart farm lab
- Create your own sustainable cocktails or mocktails
- Craft a Neapolitan pizza using farm-to-table ingredients*
- Kids are welcome to join this fun and educational experience
*Participants will be paired in groups of two for this experience
**The child will be paired with the participating adult in both the pizza and drinks workshops
