After a five-year hiatus, the Oxford and Cambridge Varsity Ball returns to the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, promising an unforgettable evening that transcends mere celebration!

* Imagine a reminiscent of the iconic Cambridge May Balls and Oxford Commemoration Balls. Our Varsity Ball captures that spirit, infusing it with Hong Kong’s vibrant energy.
* The Varsity Ball lasts throughout the night, with festivities starting in the evening and continuing until the early hours of the morning.

*All categories of tickets (VIP and Standard) are now open for sale.*

VIP Tickets:
– Full table (12 persons): HKD38,400
– Half table (6 persons): HKD19,200
– Our VIP guests will enjoy priority table seatings, early access to the ball, premium wine selection for dinner, premium table prizes, and other exciting perks.
– VIP tickets are only sold by table. 

Standard Tickets:
– Full table (12 persons): HKD31,200
– Half table (6 persons): HKD15,600
– Individual ticket for Members (HKD2,600 per person + HKD50 online payment surcharge*)
– Individual ticket for Non-members (HKD2,900 per person + HKD50 online payment surcharge*)

How to Purchase Tables at the Varsity Ball?

Step 1. Please complete the table registration form **here**
Step 2. Once we verify your identity, you will receive our payment instructions from our ball email (Oxbridgeballhk@gmail.com). You will then need to:
• Complete your payment for the relevant tickets via bank transfer within three (3) working days upon receipt of our payment instructions
• Provide proof of transfer
Step 3. After payment verification, you will receive a confirmation email. The ball committee will reach out to you for your guests’ details in due course

No refund: Once payment is received, tickets are non-refundable.

Seating: If you have a preference for seating arrangements, we encourage you to purchase table tickets as soon as possible. Seating preferences by individual standard ticket holders would not be guaranteed.

Other Details and Restrictions:
• Dress Code: Formal attire (black tie). Dress in your finest—let your attire mirror the magic around you.
• Age Restriction: 18 years and older.
