DESCRIPTION:  \nThe Oxford and Cambridge Society of Hong Kong invites you to \nA SPEAKER DINNER WITH  \nTHE HONOURABLE PAUL CHAN MO-PO\, GBM\, GBS\, MH\, JP \nFINANCIAL SECRETARY OF THE GOVERNMENT OF HKSAR \n  \nWith great honour and pleasure\, our Society’s President\, Dr. Blanc Wan\, has invited the Honourable Paul CHAN Mopo\, GBM\, GBS\, MH\, JP\, the Financial Secretary of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region\, as the guest speaker at our upcoming dinner at the Hong Kong Club. The Financial Secretary will address the society and there will be an interactive Q&A session.Chatham House rules will be applied. \nMr Chan is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a former President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Before joining the Government\, Mr Chan held a number of public service positions including member of the Legislative Council and Chairman of Legal Aid Services Council. Mr Chan served as Secretary for Development from July 2012 to January 2017.
